Lobe enlargement

Before and after shots of an earlobe enlargement scalpelling procedure from 27mm to 32mm using double flared 316lvm S.S. eyelets.
It’s fairly rare that I cut ears this big, it really depends on the overall tissue structre of the lobe and how I can minimize any added upward pressure on the cartlidge. I will always use double flared eyelets with a 3.5mm – 4mm flare rise and a 11mm space distance between the flares so the tissue can nestle without pressure points and distribute evenly. This will also allow for any swelling that may try to envelope the new tissue during the healing process.
Healed shots in a few weeks.
